If a mental illness like depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder is a significant part of your child’s diagnosis, we can devise a treatment plan that allows both his and her addiction and mental illness to be treated simultaneously.
Rehab offers both individual counseling and group counseling. Individual counseling happens one-on-one with a highly qualified counselor who can guide your child through drug and alcohol cravings, as well as work on the reasons your child may have started using in the first place, and provide your child with some tools to stay off drugs. Counseling also includes group therapy sessions and 12-Step groups to ensure your adult child with group support and sober living tips. Your child may also experience holistic treatments like meditation, nutritional counseling and other types of training that includes using the mind, body, and spirit to improve his or her quality of life.
